FAQS For Icom Marine repair

• Can my radio be repaired while I wait:  

         No, Radios are bench checked within 3 days after receipt

• Is there any charge for estimate:   

         Warranty repairs do not need estimates. Radios out of warranty will be subject to a minimum of 1 hr labor.

• My radio is 5yrs old, I don't want to spend too much for repair how can I determine the exact cost: 

         We will try to give you an idea based on your description of the problem and the condition of the radio.

• Is my radio covered for water damage:   

          Most water damage will ruin a radio and repair is not possible. We will inspect a radio upon receipt for water damage.

• Do you take credit cards:                      

           No. Personal checks, cash, and money orders are accepted.

• How long would repair take:

          Usually repairs take 3-10 business days.

• I really need my radio repaired quickly, do you have priority service:

          Yes, for out of warranty repairs (additional cost).

• Will you come to my Marina and remove my radio for repair:

           No, most Marinas will not allow this. They will permit the owners to remove their radios.
